Speaking Requirements:

• Quality sound system suitable for the environment.
• Hand held microphone so that Charlie can interact with the audience.
• The ability to play DVD video clips (if the room is set up where the audience can see and hear them well).
• Charlie will provide an Introduction.

Travel Arrangements and Expenses:

• Edgerton's Travel usually makes Charlie's airline arrangements, but he will work with your travel agent if you prefer.
• If your event is within the Chicago/Indianapolis area and certain parts of the Midwest, Charlie will probably drive to your event. Mileage is charged at the current IRS deductible rate.
• Ordinarily the meeting planner will make the hotel arrangement. A non-smoking room is preferred with king sized bed.
